Frequently asked questions
Do we have to migrate our data or change our app?
No. Neura reads the data where it already lives, through a read-only connection to your database or your API. Your app, your backend and your database keep working exactly as they do today.
Can Neura change or delete data?
No. Neura queries with a database user that can only read the views agreed with your team, and every query runs inside a transaction that is rolled back when it finishes.
How is each school's data kept separate?
The scope of every query (school, level and user role) comes from a token your backend signs, not from what the user types to the agent. The database enforces that scope, so no question can read another school's data.
Which technologies does it work with?
If your platform has a relational database or an API, it can be connected. In the first meeting we review your stack with your engineering team and choose which of the two routes fits best.
Can the interface carry our brand?
Yes. Neura's interface takes your colours and typography, and goes into your mobile app, your web app or your admin panel. Your users sign in with the account they already have.
Which AI models does it use?
Neura runs on models from Anthropic and OpenAI. We pick the model for each feature based on the quality and cost it needs.
Which languages does it answer in?
English, Spanish and Portuguese, in each user's own language.
How long does the integration take, and how is it priced?
It depends on your stack. We start with a pilot at one school to measure real use before opening it to all of them. We can work as a provider, priced by schools and usage, or as partners who share the revenue from the AI feature.
